For the Marketing team we're looking for a Performance Marketer to take ownership of how we turn traffic and ad spend into pipeline. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of paid media and conversion optimization, with reporting and HubSpot/database marketing as part of the broader remit. You'll report directly to the VP Marketing and work closely with the rest of the team on campaigns that support our AI AppGen positioning.


This is a role for someone who wants full ownership end to end, who gets more energy from breadth and autonomy than from a bigger budget, and who'd rather run five smart, well-tracked experiments than spend a lot of money finding out what doesn't work. In a team our size, you won't be handing off to a CRO specialist or a reporting analyst, you'll be that person.

Own day-to-day management of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads: budget allocation, bidding, targeting, creative testing, and optimization.
Set up new campaigns from brief to launch, working closely with content and design.
Monitor spend efficiency and reallocate budget based on performance, not just intuition.
Identify conversion bottlenecks across the website and campaign landing pages.
Design, run, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
Build a testing roadmap and a habit of experimentation across the funnel, not just one-off fixes.
Maintain and improve funnel reporting across MQL through SQO stages.
Track campaign performance against pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just clicks and impressions.
Support weekly/monthly reporting into the marketing team and MT.
Build and maintain campaigns, workflows, and segmentation in HubSpot.
Keep contact and company data clean and usable for targeting and reporting.
Support list building and nurture flows for demand gen campaigns.

Who are you?

5+ years of experience in a performance marketing or growth marketing role, ideally B2B SaaS.
Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads budgets.
Solid working knowledge of HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation/CRM platform).
A genuine interest in testing and experimentation, backed by examples of tests you've run.
Strong communication skills in English.
Comfortable working with funnel data and translating it into decisions, not just dashboards.

Experience with attribution tools beyond last-click (e.g. multi-touch or influence-based attribution).
Familiarity with GA4, TagManager, Clay.
Dutch language skills.
Experience in a scale-up or fast-moving marketing team.
