For the Marketing team we're looking for a Performance Marketer to take ownership of how we turn traffic and ad spend into pipeline. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of paid media and conversion optimization, with reporting and HubSpot/database marketing as part of the broader remit. You'll report directly to the VP Marketing and work closely with the rest of the team on campaigns that support our AI AppGen positioning.
This is a role for someone who wants full ownership end to end, who gets more energy from breadth and autonomy than from a bigger budget, and who'd rather run five smart, well-tracked experiments than spend a lot of money finding out what doesn't work. In a team our size, you won't be handing off to a CRO specialist or a reporting analyst, you'll be that person.
