For more complex issues, an intake meeting will need to be scheduled in order to determine the best course of action.

Application migration

The Betty Blocks platform supports a cloud-native architecture, making it possible for organizations to scale applications when necessary. Migrating an application to a different zone on the Betty Blocks platform allows for improved performance and tighter security methods. Our support team is happy to assist in ensuring a successful application migration to a different server zone. Organizations can opt for assistance when they are tied to strict deadlines and need the migration, including databases, to go smoothly. Included in application migration support is the migration of metadata and connected databases, as well as the testing of basic functionalities post-migration. Complete documentation will be provided to the customer when the application has been successfully migrated.

Users can take several different routes to ensure database integrity, such as exporting to a private server or sandbox environment. While the Betty Blocks platform makes it easy to export databases to prepare sensitive information for migration, we offer an extra safety net should organizations require this. Customers can access Betty Blocks support services by contacting their account manager, account executive, or other dedicated contact person.

Are there any fees attached to hiring support services?

Yes, an hourly bundle must be purchased to get access to Betty Blocks support services. The hourly rate is $150. 

What service requests are not supported?

Support services do not include debugging your application or developing code. Our low-code consultancy team is happy to help with these requests. 

What is the backup policy for application data?
