Content Notifications (Digital Services Act - DSA)
Betty Blocks is committed to compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA) and respects intellectual property rights, freedom of expression, and the responsible moderation of content. If you identify content that is illegal under applicable law, you can submit a notification to our designated point of contact.
To report illegal content or request content removal under the DSA, please provide a detailed and substantiated notice to compliance@bettyblocks.com, including:
- A clear description of the content in question, including URLs or other identifying details;
- An explanation of why the content is illegal under applicable law;
- Any supporting evidence, if available;
- Your contact information for follow-up communication (optional but recommended).
We will assess all valid notifications in accordance with our legal obligations and applicable policies. Please note that misuse of the notification process may result in legal consequences.
Competent authorities
Betty Blocks is committed to full cooperation with competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If you are a law enforcement agency, regulatory body, or other competent authority, please direct your inquiries to compliance@bettyblocks.com.
We process requests related to:
- Illegal content or activities on our platform, with supporting evidence;
- Regulatory compliance matters and enforcement-related inquiries;
- Formal legal requests, including subpoenas, court orders, or other mandatory disclosures.
